I too have been conned by Zhao Man.  See my response to 13 and 26 above.  I had an acknowledgement from Paypal that Zhao Man had taken US$200 from my account for an iPhone and he then sent me a toy, plastic phone.  The Paypal mail contained an email address for him, so if you used Paypal, their mail should contain an email address for him.  If you used Paypal, I suggest you complain to them, even though they say they are not liable - they say they do not tolerate fraud even though in my case they allowed the transaction to happen and refused to intervene.  They say they'll take action if many people complain about the same seller.
