Hi, Is your office open on 19 & 20th October 2009? If I apply for a tourist visa using the express service, can I get the visa on the same day? Thank you.

Yes, the embassy is open then. Yes, you can get the visa on the same day if you go to the emabssy in an early morning and request the rush service, but you have to pay additional fee for that.
