About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

Dear sir or madam

I should do the physical examination for taking work visa of china. I want to know where I can do such tests ? I live in Isfahan so I prefer a hospital in Isfahan. Also I like to know a telephone number in embassy that answers my questions!!!
