Hello I'm going to Fuqing at the end of september and I want to know if visa debit cards are accepted there? Or atleast at ATMs. thanks

Usually, if your card has the logo of Unionpay, visa or mastercard, it could be used at all of the ATMS. But, for shopping and dining, most of restaurant only accept Unionpay card.
