Hi all and Good day,

I need some help hope someone will reply to me...

here it is..

how can i make a call to my friend where she is in
xiamen,china? I'm from philippines and i'm using
my cellphone to call her.

Hi, are you calling her mobile phone number or fixed number?
If you are calling the mobile phone numer:
dial 00 86 with the phone number
If you are calling the fixed number, you need to add a area code after 00 86 and then it is 00 86 592 with the fixed phone number.
