About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi! I'm a Malaysian & will be traveling to Haikou in April 2010 in a group of 9 people. I have read from a airline website that a No-Visa policy with a validity of 15 days is available for travel groups of 5 or more members who hold passports of the 21 countries, if which Malaysia is one of them. Is this true/valid?
