My friend from China just lost her passport. She already did police report. The problem is she's going to Singapore another 2 weeks from Malaysia. What document the China Embassy will issue to my friend? How long would it take? Does she need to go back to China to settle her passport first before she depart to Singapore?Pls advise.Thank you.

Your freind should apply for  new passport from the China embassy in Malaysia, or she will be not able to enter Singapore. as for the details about the passport application in Malaysia, please contact the consular office of the Chian emabssy in Malaysia directly through the contacts on this page above.
