About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Gentlemen, I am 34 pakistani National having Pak passport with UAE Residance Visa and i would like to get a visa for Hong Kong for a short holiday trip would you please tell me wt doc you required for and where can I apply AHU OR DXB.
