Currently, there is a sightseeing bus line 8 in operation in Hangzhou. You could catch it at the Hangzhou's Tourist Center (namely the Dragon Sports Center) from 07:00 until to 18:00 everyday. The fare is CNY2/person. It mainly passes by Zhejiang University, Wulin Small Square, Wushan Square, Leifeng Temple, Zoo, Six Harmonious Pagoda, Song City, Future World, Daqinggu and Longwu.

On the other hand, there are also several tour special lines running around the West Lake. You could find them easily when you arrive there.

Will there be route stops indicated in the bus stops and arrival time of the buses.
Is there a day pass where we can use for these buses?

you can find the bus at Hangzhou Tourist Distribution Center in Hangzhou Sports Center. Yes, it will stop at the stops mentioned above. There is a bus every 20 minutes or so, generally it needs 60 minutes from one end to the other.
