i am malaysian stay in johor bahru.

Question

I am Malaysian stay in Johor Bahru. My father like to transfer his property to me in China, Yong chun. I have Malaysia Birth certificate but China notaty officer still ask me to look for someone to certifate the relationship of my father and me. Because there are no chinese name state in malaysia birth certificate. Please advice us where shall we apply the certificate with chinese wording and can be accept by china goverment officer. Thank you.
