Mr. Lee, you can download the visa application form from the official website of the Chian embassy in Singapore below:http://www.chinaembassy.org.sg/eng/lsqw/qz/Visa processing takes 4 working days. You may request  next-day processing, however, an extra of express fee will be charged.
