About:Shanghai Pudong Airport Shuttle Bus

How long does it takes to travel from Pudong airport to nanjing east / people's square?
What is the best way to get to both places if i arrive at pudong airport at 12mid night ?

There is only taxi could drive you to the destination at 12:00pm. And, the fare is about 150RMB. The Nanjing East Road and the People's Square are located together~
