About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I am arriving in PVG on Swiss (T2) at 6:35am. I have a connecting flight (same ticket) on JAL (T1) at 9:05 am. How long will it take to make the transfer (including medical checks, etc.) ? Furthermore, what is the procedure to transfer from International T2 to International T1 ? Should I reclaim luggage and pass immigration ? Do I need a visa (I hold a Belgian passport) ?

You don't have to apply for a visa. Since you hold connecting ticket, you don't have to claim baggage but have to pass immigration again. When you arrive at T2, you have to go through immigration and then take the free ferry bus or walk to T1. Check-in and board in T1 again. The whole course is no less than 1.5 hours.
