About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana


The Managing Director of our Company travelled to Shanghai-China with our mechanic on 12th June 2009 to inspect and purchase a used Caterpillar Bulldozer D7H

The Supplier is LIANG LI JUN,SHANGHAI CHUATENG JUEYIN TRADING CO.LTD,NO 5168,LONG WU ROAD,MINGHANG DISTRICT,SHANGHAI-CHINA. Contact Numbers: 008686-021-33587162, 008615000602476

The agreed cost of the Caterpillar Bulldozer was Fifty Three Thousand Dollars ($53,000) including shipment. A deposited of One Thousand Dollars was made whilst in Shanghai. We returned on the 15th June 2009 and made arrangements with our Bankers to transfer Twenty Six Thousand ($26,000) as part payment. On the 26th of July 2009, we received a copy of Bill of Lading indicating that the Bulldozer has been shipped.

Therefore on the 17th August we transferred the rest of Twenty Six Thousand Dollars ($26,000) indicating final payment.

We cleared the Caterpillar Bulldozer on 31st August 2009 but what was in the container was not what was inspected and paid for.

We are therefore reporting to your office to investigate and assist us to either ensure shipment of our desired Bulldozer or a refund of our money.
