Yes, you can take subway Line 2 from Nanjing East Road to Lujiazui (one stop at east), you can find Shanghai World Financial Center there. You can still use Subway Line 2 to World Trade Financial Center at the convergence og Gubei Road and West Yan'an Road. Get off at Loushanguan Road (6 stops west of East Nanjing Road).
