About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

I am a Canadian Permanent Resident holding a Pakistani Passport. I have visited China before in 2005. I wish to travel again to China again this year and as per the new law I cannot get a visa anymore from Canada as I have a Pakistani Passport. Is it possible for me to mail my application from here to Pakistan to get the necessary visa instead of me having to travel to Pakistan which is expensive and time consuming

The embassy doesn't accept application by mailing, you can mail your application to your relatives or friends, they can apply for visa on your behalf.
