Question

Hi,I am a US citizen studying in China this fall.  I am coming to New Zealand for a week and was hoping to apply for my visa here.  I have my medical exams, JW 202, and invitation letter from my university.  Is it possible for me to apply for my visa in New Zealand?  I will be in Queenstown so would have to use a courier.  Also, how quickly can I get it?
