I travelled from Beijing to Helsinki and then got a connecting flight from Helsinki to Barcelona, always with finnair. 48 hours later, my luggage still hasnt arrived. Whats more, the company cant seem to find it anywhere. Its so frustrating to be told that they cant locate it, and i have to sit at home hoping some miracle will occur. What can I do? I am really sure it wasnt put on my flight at Beijing. How can I contact the Beijing airport finnair staff or luggage control? cause it doesnt seem like nothings being done.
