About:Marco Polo Memorial Museum

I am Australian woking in Shanghai. My friend will come to visit from Thailand and needs L visa. When does she have to show the e-ticket for plane in the visa process? When she makes the application or when she returns to collect the passport/visa ? I just need to know when to book the ticket. thanks

She has to show e-ticket when she submit visa application. She should submit application 1 month or at least 2 weeks before her departure. It takes 4 working days for processing, if she submit on Tuesday, she can pick it up on Friday.
