About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

If I am unable to go to the Consular personally to make the visa, can I get a friend to go on behalf of me, or can I appoint any runner/travel agency to process it for me? Need to go very urgently. thanks

Yes, you can entrust someone else to process the visa for you.
