About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

Dear sir/madam
I work with a company makes iron steel drums ,they are now set up new drum plant in dubai ,where they oppoint me as a general manager ,now i and our company partner want to go to china for purchase of drum making machinery in taiyuan ,the chiness company only sent us invitation letter of his own company,is this letter is accepeted in embassy ,other thing i want to know ,i will go china first time is any police character certificate is necessary ,i dont have any bank statement can i attached company bank statement ,please guide me what document i have to prepare .

The invitation letter with the company's letter head is acceptable.You need the following documents to apply for the China F business visa:
1. Valid passport of the applicant.
2. Completely filled-up China visa application form.
3. Original visa notice from the authorized unit of China.
4. Invitation letter from the partner/sponsor of the applicant.
5. Income certificate or bank statement of the applicant.
6. Certificate of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Pakistan.
The police character certificate is not necessary, but your company's bank statement my be not acceptable.
