About:Gold, Silver and Copper Crafts Factory and Gyangtse Carpet Factory

how come NO DINNERS, and some days no LUNCH or MEALS included with tour?

I think they may like to leave some of the meals to be arranged by travelers’ own. To me, it should be a good chance and an adventure to taste the local flavor. Of course, you can ask them to make a full board tour if you like.
