About:Chinese Consulate in Brisbane

How Frustrating! Have just tried calling the Consulate to make enqiries re-China Visa's. Have been trying for over 1 hour and cannot get put thru to an operator. Going to the (manual) 206 extension just gets a Chinese response (I don't speak Chinese!) and then disconnects your call. I have done this 7 times! If you are going to answer calls for only 3 hours a day, perhaps you could actually ANSWER them!
Please answer - I am taking my parents on a trip to Macau from 11 September to 23rd September. In that time, we will be travelling to Beijing and Xian and then back to Macau. I will be making flight arrangements once in Macau. Will the Embassy give us Visas to enter China with the flight details I have for our Macau flights? I will be asking for a double entry visa. Can we ask for a multi entry if I have lived in Macau? My parents have not traveled to China before. My father had signed the Visa application, and then we noticed the new inclusion for Swine flu declaration. Can I add this and report that I filled in these details on his behalf as he is away for the next 10 days?

Mrs. Donna, we have tried to call the embassy several times, but failed, too.The embassy may requires the flight tickets to grant you the visa instead of the itinerary.
You can either apply for a double entry or a multiple entry visa, the key point is that you can provide all the required documents.
You can fill the application form for your father, but your father has to sign the form himself.
