About:Beijing Weather

Hello,

As an American I really liked Urumqi. We adopted our daughter from there and found the Chinese officials very nice, given the circumstances. The food was excellent and very, very well priced. Communication was difficult; no internet and calling the USA was possible, but tough with PANDA phone.

After July 6, Urumqi has blocked the network temporarily, believed that this question will solve probably about October.
