My Name Is Sajid Mahmood and have import/export company in pakistan, importing already goods from china ,now i need to attend canton fair, i need invitation letter, if my supplier just can write on letterhead and stamp it or need any attesting/approval from china govt. department, and what is a fee for that in china?For canton fair when i should apply so i will be there around 15Oct 2009.pls comments.

Mr.sajid mahmood，the invitation letter from your supplier in China with there letterhead and stamp will be ok for you. I advise you apply for the visa one month before your trip.

Thanks for answer. Pls make clear if i needed VISA NOTIFICATION FORM, for visa application to China beside invitation letter, can my supplier easily can do and which department.
