The fastest way is that take the airport Maglev (CNY40)to arrive at Longyang Rd firstly. And, please transfer to the subway Line 2 (CNY4) and then get off Nanjing East Rd. Out of the Exit 4, please walk southward along the Shanxi Nan Rd to its end and turn to right to take the Fuzhou Rd. Walk about 200 meters and then please turn to left to the Fuzhou Zhong Rd.
