About:Embassy of Colombia in China

Simple but direct question. I have a friend in China that wishes to visit her friend in Colombia who is an American. Does she need a visa to travel? and then what if they wish to marry? What would be needed for this to happen?

Yes, she does need to apply for it in advance. As for their marriage, she should enquire about it from the embassy in China before the departure.
