IS there any ATM machines at the airport (PVG)? I mean there must be several but coming out from the immigrations, customs and baggage, how to locate the an ATM machine (that accepts visa credit cards) as I shall need money (cash) immediately. What is the usual limit on the withdrawals from the ATM machines in China?
