About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Hi! I'm am working in china as a teacher for less than a year. My company holds my passport which i believe is illegal then they were under investigation about that so the police got all the passports from the company then returned it back to the foreign teachers but mine was not returned until now 'cause the police officer told me that there is something wrong with my passport but they dont want to tell me what is wrong. My company is the one who processed my visa so if there is something wrong do i have any responsibility about it? I hope you can help/ advice me what to do. Thank you!

Please don't worry, the worst thing is that you are asked to leave China within a short time by the police officer. Under emergencies, you can ask for help from the Embassy or consulates of Philippines in China.
