About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi, Again I'm email to get the clarification. I'll register in Jiangnan Univ, Wuxi 29 / 30 August 2009 this month under UNESCO/China (The Great Wall) Co-Sponsored Fellowships Programme (2009-2010)” for 1 year. I already received the offer letter from that university writting by the supervisor through email. The selection letter from UNESCO already received. I already send acceptance letter to UNESCO. Now waiting for the corresponding letter of fellowship award that they will be prepared accordingly. My questions are;
1. The offer letter from the university need to be in origional form (posted) / email also acceptable?
2. The sponsored letter from UNESCO need to be the corresponding letter or the selection letter also acceptable? The letter need the origional one (posted) or by email also accepted?
3. Do I need to do again physical examination (foreign) for visa purpose. I've done during the application of fellowship, April 2009.
4. My husband will accompany me 7 days & will visit several times not more than 1 months in future. Do he need to apply for Multi-Entry Visa with 12-month?
5. Can we just downloed Foreign Student Visa Application Form (JW101 or JW202)?

Thank you very much for all the infos

3. You need to provide a new physical examination form.
4. If your husband will exit and enter China frequently during your one year's stay in China, a multi-entry visa is needed.
