Just for clarification, is there a need for me to apply for Macau Visa? im planning to go there for Tour and yet im still messed up if there is a need of Macau Visa. Im from Philippines. thanks

You don't need a visa to Macau because Philippines passport holders are exempt from a visa to Macau for up to 30 days.
