About:Chinese Embassy in Qatar

Im Overseas Filipino Worker here in Qatar. Im planning to tour in Shanghai, China.

My employment contract will be end this coming last day of June 30, 2017. On July 2, 2017 Im going to exit here in Qatar go back to Philippines and not comeback again. Im planning to go to Shanghai China a day after my arrival in Philippines on July 4, 2017. I have some clarification about my application below.

1. Can I apply tourist L type to China Embassy here in Qatar?
2. Is there no problem for me even Im not come back again here, but I apply my tourist L type in the China embassy here in Qatar?
3. What are the requirements I need to prepare for processing my tourist L type application?
4. What are the steps I need to follow during my appication here in Qatar.
5. Bank statement is needed or show money for my appiucation?
6. If I get my visa here, is there any possible problem which may I encounter in the immigration of the Philippines before my departure going to china?

1. Emmanuel, yes, you can apply for it in Qatar.
2. There won’t be any problem even you don’t go back there again.
3. You need to prepare residence permit in Qatar, passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, a passport-style photo, flight itinerary and accommodation arrangement as well as financial support proof.
4. After preparing all the required documents, you can go to the embassy of China to submit the application.
5. Bank statement is needed.
6. I don’t think you will encounter any problem.
