This hotel is not far from Shanghai Railway Station, so I think you could take the bus departing from Shanghai Passenger Transport Terminal to Quzhou in Zhejiang Province. The bus station is just located at the north square of the railway station. There are two buses to Quzhou everyday, respectively at 14:20 and 18:05. The journey is about 6 hours.
