What happened (difficulties) during the construction of the Great Wall..... I wonder.

People felt it's headache to carry large pieces of rocks or stones to the mountains, but there was no machine in ancient times. At last, they made goats, horses or oxes help carry bricks, or people stood in a line from the foot to the top of the mountain and passed the materials one by one.
