Yangzhong? Is it Yangzhou in Jiangsu Province? If so, you could take the bus either at Yangzhou Bus Station or Yangzhou East Bus Station to arrive in Shanghai easily. When you return to Yangzhou from Shanghai, you could catch the bus to Yangzhou both at Shanghai Passenger Transport Terminal (at Shanghai Railway Station)and at the Shanghai South Bus Station (at Shanghai South Railway Station).
