Dear Mr. Shan and others --thank you for your advice so far but I still have a question. You suggested taking airport express line 5 from the 'Guangzhou Hotel.' When I look at the schedule for airport express line 5, however, I DO NOT see the Guangzhou Hotel listed on the stops. The only stops the schedule at the top of this page lists for line 5 are: Globelink Hotel → Haizhu Plaza →Jinhan Exhibition Center. Is there some mistake? Please advise. thanks again, Isabelle

The Guangzhou Hotel is just located at the Pearl Square. The airport bus stop is called Pearl Square, but the actual pick up station is in front of the Guangzhou Hotel. Hope it is clear this time!
