My husband is USA citizen and we would like back to malaysia visit then will travel to Guilin for sighseeing..how much do you change for the visa for rush service fee for USA citizen?How long for the rush service..2 hrs or whole day?Do office open on September 7 2009 on Monday?Please reply me and really appreciate your answer.
