Dear Sir/Madam My name is zakir jameel i am a government official and possess a valid official passport i intend to visit xianjiang autonomous region in official capacity in the month of August 2009 i have been informed that there is no requirement for visa in case of pakistani offical passport what if i intend to pay a visit to shangai do i have to apply for a visa or offcial passport will do it if not do advise procedure.
