About:Chinese Embassy in Mongolia

My friend is in Mongolia for an exit and she wants to apply for an L visa going back to China mainland..what are the documents needed to apply for an L visa.thanks so much..u can email me <span class="clspost">yahoo.com|julie_hangdaan</span>

The requirements are listed as follows:
1.Your passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2.A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3.Round-trip air ticket
4.Hotel reservation.
