About:China Consulate in Toronto

Hello there,
I am a Chinese and I need to get birth certificate and police clearance to immigrate Canada. Is it possible to get those document from your office or any other office in Canada or I have to visit China for it?
Could you please tell me if there is any other way to get the documents?
which document I can get in Canada?
