About:Imperial Garden

Can someone tell me how to get from Shanghai to Hangzhou from the airport. Then if you can tell me how to get from Hangzhou to Xitang then back to SHanghai? I will need a place to stay in Hangzhou and Zitang. I would perfer staying with a family! Thank you!!

Will you arrive at Shanghai Pudong Airport? If so, please take the airport shuttle bus Line 7 to reach Shanghai South Railway Station. Then, please take an express train here to reach Hangzhou in 2 hours.

From Hangzhou to Xitang, the Hangzhou East Bus Station operates four direct bus to Xitang every day. The time are 06:50, 09:25, 11:20 and 13:50. The journey is about 1.5 hours and costs 36RMB per person. If you miss the four bus, you also could catch a bus to Jiashan from this bus station and then transfer to Xitang easily.

From Xitang to Shanghai, you have to transfer at Jiashan. There are frequent buses leaving from Xitang to Jiashan from 06:30~17:30 everyday. When you arrive at Jiashan, you could catch a bus departing to Shanghai from 07:00~18:00. The whole journey is about 2 hours.

In Xitang, you could find a local residence hostel easily along the river. Have no idea about this kind of accommodation in Hangzhou~
