I am visiting a lady in Hong Kong and will be applying for a fincee visa when coming back to the USA. Is it easly to do such a thing? Thanks Ed

A finance visa to the US? Go and arranget at U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong located in 26, Garden Road. If you are Hong Kong citizen, it will be easier, I guess.
