About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Hi,

I have just had a Type L tourist visa approved, however the duration is only 30 days. I planned to stay in China for 35 days. Is there a reason why this would happen or is just human error? Does anyone know the process to have the Visa modified?

Thanks
Mr. Roberts

Mr.Robert, according to the Chinese visa regulations, visa Officers are empowered to make final decision on the validity, duration of stay and times of entry of a visa. So now it it useless to complain it, after entering China, please apply for another new visa in exit & enter department of public security office before your visa is expired.
