About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

I was at the Chinese Embassy in Hanoi and was unfortunately confirmed that they do NOT issue visas for tourists ANYMORE (it used to be possible but the rule changed), only to foreigners living and working in Vietnam and able to prove it.

Could anybody check if they deliver visa to TOURISTS at the Chinese Embassy in BANGKOK ???

you can call 66-2-2457033, 2457036 (for Passport & Visa)between 09:00 and 11:30, Monday-Friday (except holidays) to get the exact answer.

I havent got it yet but the cnsulate in Ho Chi Minh is curently procesing my visa. I have a Brtish passport. Fingers crossed i should get it monday (2 Day process)
