are visa at the boarder still available for philippines national at port of entry at either zuhai or shenzhen? thank you.

Mrs. Vilma, maybe you can get a China visa at the entry port of Zhuhai or Shenzhen if you satisfy the requirments of applying for Visa-on-Arrival.
