Question

Hello,I am Russian citizen living in Russia but far away from Moscow. My company plans to send me in one of Chinese ports as a seaman. Can I receive Chinese Visa without knowledge of date of arrival in China (various depends of vessel’s schedule) or can I get Chinese Visa in the same day when I will apply all documents to Embassy in Moscow(it is very important to arrange crew change)?

You can get the visa the next day after you submit your application even if you use the rush service and pay mor fee for it.
