I am Russian citizen living in Russia but far away from Moscow. My company plans to send me in one of Chinese ports as a seaman. Can I receive Chinese Visa without knowledge of date of arrival in China (various depends of vessel’s schedule) or can I get Chinese Visa in the same day when I will apply all documents to Embassy in Moscow(it is very important to arrange crew change)?
