Question

I am planning to go to Sanya with my son on Dec. 24, 2009 and stay for three weeek.  How do I go from San Francisco to Sanya? Can I take a flight from Hong Kong to Sanya?  How do I rent an apartment with furnitures and everything?  I heard there are some old folks live there for several months in the winter and they rent a place to stay.
