We live in Netherlands and we are departing from Manila going to Beijing, where are we supposed to get our visa ? Do we apply here in tne Netherlands or in the Philippines ?

If you are Dutch and resident in Netherlands, but only connect flight via Philippines, you need to apply visa from Netherland. If you are inhabited in Philippines, you may apply visa from there.
