About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Is it possible for you to fax a copy of your multi-entry visa application form to this address: 66-75-819439 so I could fill it out earlier? Also, I'm going to get my letters of invitation from relatives faxed to your office. Could you please hold them until I arrive on Monday morning, 20th July.

You have to fax a written request to the embassy at 02-62739615 to ask for the form.
You'd better submit all the documents in person (by yourself or someone else, namely your friends, relatives or travel agents) due to the likely risks of documents' safety.
