I am planning to visit Liao yuan (辽源) city and how to get there? What is the weather over there during the month of August and September?

The highest temperature is about 30C or so. It will not be very hot, compared with Beijing. Will you come from Singapore directly? You should make a transfer at Shenyang, then take bus or train to Liaoyuan.
